Not necessarily, IMO it means you are going through a lot of changes that don't give you enough time to adapt.

I hate talking to people online because technology can capture my personality and jokes(yet), i hate talking to people in real life because no one can take my voice and accent seriously. Many friendships of mine should end because I'm a self centered, narcissistic, picky, prick with low self esteem. I hate humans for reason thats not there fault, I judge everyone, and one day I hope to look down on everyone and see there broken sprites through there eyes with satisfaction that they know there place under me. But because I hide some of this I still keep my friends. I hate myself for it but I have to in order to achieve somethings I need done. It kills me inside but I deal with it. Does this make me a terrible person? "Humans judge, God understands".
